Warranty

BluGarda products are covered by a 36-month warranty, effective at the time of purchase. The date on the purchase invoice is the effective date. Keep the invoice, you will need it if you wish to make a warranty claim.

What does the warranty entail
Warranty is granted on material and/or construction faults, the product - or parts thereof - will be repaired or replaced free of charge within the warranty period.

A product contains parts subject to natural wear and tear, such as a pump rotor, a UV-c lamp and also parts made of glass. These parts are not covered by the warranty.

During a warranty review, we check whether your product has been properly maintained. If there is poor maintenance, scale, damage caused by improper use or damage to the power cable, we have the right to exclude warranty claims. In this case, we will make a cost proposal to repair or replace the pump.

Changes to the product, such as shortening the power cable or cutting the plug, will void the warranty claim.

Consequential damage caused by failure or misuse of the pump is beyond BluGarda's liability.
